Steps

In a mixer jar add black sesames seeds and grind it coarsely.

Add dates and jaggery grind it again coarsely. While making this recipe do not grind too much.add grated dried coconut and poppy seeds melon seeds add 1 tsp dried Ginger powder and Ganthoda powder grind it coarsely. Then add3 tbsp sesames seeds oil and grind it.

Then remove in a bowl and mix it well with hand then give it a round shape. Now our Iron rich black sesames seeds dry fruit kachariyu is ready.Then take this mixture in another bowl and press the mixture in bowl unmould it and in decorate with dry fruit and dried coconut powder. And This kachariya paak is full of iron calcium and vitamins.
