In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, poppy seeds, rava and ghee. Mix well to form a crumbly mixture.

Add water gradually and knead the mixture into a stiff dough. Make small sized balls from the dough.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat and fry the dough balls until they turn golden brown and crispy. Strain them and let them cool.

Once the fried dough balls have cooled down, grind them into a coarse powder using a mixer grinder

Heat the jaggery, add the coarse powder and raisins. Mix everything well.

Take small portions of the mixture, shape them into round ladoos and sprinkle some poppy seeds onto them. Serve and enjoy ✨
