Take a mixing bowl, add ata, salt & ajwain, mix it well.

Now add other given ingredients one by one except oil, mix it well. Add water slowly slowly, knead a medium soft dough, rest it for 10 minutes. Add 1 tbsp oil, knead it again, keep it in a bowl.

Heat an iron tawa (any),brush lil oil, moderate the flame. Take small portions of the dough, roll it, spread lil oil, seal the edges. Make Paratha.

Bake it on tawa as usual as normal Paratha, take out in a dish, plate it, serve it with chutney, dahi or any light curry...
