Curry Flavoured Pork & Tomato Spaghetti

I often cook a noodle dish or rice bowl dish for my lunch. I use Spaghetti frequently, and of course I use Soy Sauce to season the Spaghetti dish. With some additional spices OR ingredients, the Spaghetti dishes can be in a variety of flavours. Today I added Curry Powder. It’s quick and easy, nutritious, and delicious.
Curry Flavoured Pork & Tomato Spaghetti

Steps

Cook Spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the instruction on the package. Prepare Pork, Tomato and Garlic.

Heat Oil and Garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. When aromatic, add Pork. When Pork is cooked, add Curry Powder and Tomato, and stir for a minute.

Add Soy Sauce and Mirin, stir, then add Spaghetti with some water that has been cooking Spaghetti, and mix to combine.

Sprinkle with some finely chopped Spring Onion and enjoy.
