Ingredients

4-6 ozolive oil
1 Headgarlic sliced thin
1 cananchovies
1 canblack olives sliced
season with dried oregano
1/4 cupparmesan cheese
1 Headgarlic sliced thin
1 cananchovies -hush they dissolve when cooking
1small can of black olives sliced
season with dried oregano

Steps

Prepare Angel hair pasta.

Put oil and garlic, anchovies and black olives in pan and saute under med low heat, season with oregano

When pasta in done rinse and combine. Mix well add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

Serve We done.

I was an over the road truck driver for over 32 years I have been to every great state we have and 3 Canadian provinces been to Mexico many times and I have EATEN SOME OF THE BEST FOOD KNOWN TO MAN . when I would come home I loved to play in the kitchen ! I am rather good at it too. I also had a wife who was an Exilant cook and fairly good driver she taught me a lot

ok since the SKY IS FALLING THE SKY IS FALLING I added a bit 1/4 cup red bell pepper, about 1/2 an onion, 2 tbsp of capers or salty Italian peas . I am on my second glass of wine my God give us all peace AMEN
