Ingredients

20 minutes
2-3 servings
  • 250 gramSpiny Gourd
  • 1/2 Tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 Tspdry ginger powder
  • 1Tsp/ as required salt
  • 1/3 Tspturmeric powder
  • 1 Tsproasted cumin and chilli powder
  • 1 Tbsprice powder
  • 2 Tbspcoconut oil 🛢️

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean, wash and chop each Kantola to half. Steam the pieces. Arrange the required masala and rice flour.

    Mix nicely rice flour with the steamed Kantola.

    Heat oil and fry spiny gourd in medium heat. Add the masala ingredients and keep on frying till crispy.

    Serve hot as delicious snacks or side dish.
