Steps

Cut a beetroot in pieces and boil it. Soak semolina in water for 10 minutes. Keep ready chopped onion. In a mixer jar, grind boiled beetroot and make smooth paste. Add Semolina and curd in it. Grind for a while.

Transfer in a bowl, add salt, jeera, ginger chilli paste, and chopped green chilli. Add water as required to make a uttapam batter. Mix well.

Heat a pan on a medium flame. Apply oil, pour a ladleful batter on it, spread in a round shape, sprinkle chopped onion, and coriander. Drizzle oil on the edges of uttapam, cook well on a low flame yo retain the pink color on uttapam. Flip it and again cook in the same way to the other side.

Make all the uttapams in the same manner. Serve hot with coconut chutney. Enjoy a very healthy, nutritious, and delicious beetroot onion rava uttapam with coconut chutney.
