Steps

Take 1 cup of ghee. Heat ghee in a thick bottom vessel and add flour in it and stir continuously.

When the flour changes its colour and smells roasted add cardamom and nutmeg powder and saffron and mix well.

Turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool. After it cools completely add powder sugar and mix well.

Then makes balls from it.
