Ingredients

40 minutes
6 - 7 serving
  • 2 cupscoarse chickpea flour (magas atta)
  • 1 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1/ 2 tsp cardamom and nutmeg powder
  • 5 - 7 strands of saffron (optional)

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Take 1 cup of ghee. Heat ghee in a thick bottom vessel and add flour in it and stir continuously.

    When the flour changes its colour and smells roasted add cardamom and nutmeg powder and saffron and mix well.

    Turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool. After it cools completely add powder sugar and mix well.

    Then makes balls from it.
