Ingredients

  • leavescarrot
  • potato starch
  • beaten egg
  • water
  • salt mixed with powdered green tea

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the carrot leaves from the stems.
    Mix carrot leaves with potato starch, beaten egg and water

    Fry them in oil at about 160°C until crispy.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with a good amount of matcha salt.
    Instead of matcha salt, curry powder and salt is also tasty.
