Cook the carrots with the skin on in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes. If you cook carrots in a pressure cooker with the skin on, the skin can be easily removed by rubbing it with your fingertips.

Mix the miso and mayonnaise in a bowl, then add the carrots and avocado and mix well.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
