Keep urad dal for 2 hours in water after 2 hours remove water and grind it properly. No need to add water in it.
For Sambhar making in cooker add drumstick pieces tur dal chopped pumpkin pieces, chocolate tomato had water in it and give four whistles so that it cooked properly - 2
Now keep PAN on medium flame and make tadka with help of curry leaves,asaefotedia, mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Then add ginger garlic paste and sliced onion. When onion become transparent then add red chilli powder Sambhar masala salt in it and mix it well then add cooked daal in it. Mix it well cook it for 5-7 minutes. Now add chopped coriander in it

Now we are going to make vada for that soaked urad dal grind it properly and then add chopped curry leaves pieces of coconut green chilli and salt as per taste in that better and keep pan on medium flame add oil when oil is heating make vada and fry these vada as from both sides.

Serve these medu vada with sambar.
