Steps

Wash udad daal, moong daal, rice 2- 3 times then soak in water for 5- 6 hours.

Grind it in mixi jar amnd make fine batter.

Keep the batter for fermentation the whole night.

Add salt and mix it well.

Grease the tawa with oil.spread the batter on hot tawa. Keep the flame low while spreading the batter. Let the dosa cook from both the sides.

Serve hot dosas with chutney.
