Today I made a Maharashtrian dish called Thalipeeth. This dish is very famous in Western India especially Maharashtra. Made from multigrain flour, this thalipeeth usually uses millet, gram flour, wheat, rice and sorghum flour.
But today I have made sabudana thalipeeth using sabudana and potatoes. This sabudana thalipeeth made with soaked sabudana and boiled potatoes with coriander chili and pepper masala is also a nutritious dish. This sabudana thalipeeth can be used for breakfast or as a light dinner in the evening. Sabudana thalipeeth is delicious when eaten with spiced curd.
