Steps

First of all, wash and boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them. Add salt and 1/2 cup of Tapkir to it and prepare the dough.

Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and prepare the stuffing.

Now make a tikki of the prepared dough of potato and make small balls of the stuffing in it and make balls of it. Dip fry the buff vada in medium flame till golden.

Farali buff vadas aare ready.serve with green and tamarind chutney.
