Ingredients

2-3 minutes
7-8 servings
  1. 1/2 cupRoasted Gram
  2. 1/4 cupPeanuts
  3. 2 cupsCurry Leaves
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 1small Lemon sized ball of dry Tamarind
  6. For the tempering -
  7. 2 tbspOil
  8. 2-3Dry Red Chillies
  9. 1 tspBlack Mustard Seeds
  10. 1/8 tspAsafoetida or Hing

Steps

2-3 minutes
  1. 1

    Roast the peanuts with a piece of tamarind at first. Add all the ingredients to a blender jar along with some water. Blend to a smooth paste.

    Adjust salt and set aside for tempering. Prepare the tempering by using all the ingredients mentioned under it's heading.

    Pour over the chutney. Give it a final stir. That's it. Tangy and super luscious chutney is ready in no time at all. Enjoy!
