Ingredients

45 minutes
Serves 2 to 4 servings
  1. 2zucchini
  2. 1red onion
  3. 1red bell pepper
  4. 1/2 blockfeta cheese
  5. A fewwhite mushrooms
  6. 1large handful shredded Swiss cheese
  7. 1 sheetpuff pastry
  8. 3eggs
  9. 3/4 cupheavy cream (about 200 ml)
  10. 1 teaspoonmustard
  11. Herbes de Provence
  12. Salt and pepper

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Sauté the red onion, then add the diced bell pepper and zucchini.

  2. 2

    Add a few sliced white mushrooms and Herbes de Provence.

  3. 3

    Prepare the filling: beat the eggs, cream, mustard, and shredded Swiss cheese together. Roll out the puff pastry, add the vegetables, then pour the filling over them. Top with diced feta cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
