Creamy Paupiettes (Cookeo)

This is a comforting family dish we love during colder months. I’m not always confident cooking certain meats, so the Cookeo really helps me make a tasty meal. I usually serve these with fresh tagliatelle, but you can use any side you like. I often double the quantities for my large family, but here’s the recipe for 4 people.

Steps
- 1
Peel and thinly slice the onion. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
- 2
Set your Cookeo to sauté mode. Heat the olive oil, then cook the onion and bacon for 5 minutes. Add the paupiettes. Stir in the cornstarch.
- 3
Add the mushrooms, bouquet garni, and white wine. Season with salt and pepper. Cook under pressure for 15 minutes.
- 4
Stir in the sour cream at the end of cooking. Let the Cookeo keep the dish warm for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
