  • 200 gMandelmassa
  • 1/2 dlSocker
  • 1Äggvita
  • Smörkräm
  • 150 gSmör
  • 1,5 dlFlorsocker
  • 1,5Dubbel-daim, krossad
  • 1tsk Vaniljsocker
  • 1Äggula
  • Topping
  • 150 gMjölkchoklad
  • 0,5Dubbel-daim, krossad

Steps

    Riv mandelmassan. Blanda ihop med socker och äggvita. Klicka ut små bottnar på en bakpappersklädd plåt. Grädda i 175 grader, ca 10-20 minuter tills de fått en fin färg.

    Vispa ihop rumsvarmt smör med övriga ingredienser till en slät kräm. Hacka daimen och rör ner den i smörkrämen. Bred smöret lite toppigt på undersidan av mandelbottnarna. Ställ i kyl eller frysen minst en timme.

  3. 3

    Smält chokladen på svag värme. Chokladen ska inte vara för varm när du chokladdoppar, då rinner den nästan av biskvierna. Doppa biskvierna i chokladen, vrid dom lite så att överflödig choklad rinner av. Strö på lite hackad dajm som dekoration
