Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped celery (about 2 large stalks)
  2. 1 cupcucumber, seeded and chopped (1/2 large cucumber or 1 small)
  3. 1 cupchopped radishes (about 5 medium)
  4. 10 1/2 ozcooked small shrimp
  5. 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  6. 1/4 cupyogurt or sour cream
  7. salt and pepper to taste

    Prepare the ingredients. I left some strips of skin on the cucumber for color, removed the seeds, and chopped it. Remove the tough strings from the celery and chop it. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and yogurt with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp; I bought cooked frozen shrimp, so I thawed them well and drained them thoroughly.

    Add the vegetables, mix well, and check the seasoning, adding more salt if needed. If you like it spicy, you can add hot sauce and mix well. Easy, quick, and delicious.
