First wash Amal,raw turmeric,and wipe it,,then chopped it.

Take one medium size bowl,add salt,turmeric powder,hing powder,,fenugreek powder,mustard dal and mix it nicely.add amla,turmeric and crushed chilli and mix it.add lemon juice,and mix it.

Heat a tadaka pan add oil once it hot add musters seeds,cumin and pour on pickles,mix it well ready your amla pickle to serve, serve it with chapati.
