Perad (Guava cheese)
Goa's famous dish for Christmas.
Steps

Wash and pressure cook whole guavas for three whistles.

Cut guavas into middle.Remove seeds.In mixer grinder jar make pulp from this.Strain pulp by strainer.

Heat a pan add pulp and sugar as per similar to pulp weight.

Stir continuously.Add one tablespoon butter.when mixture gets thickens add one more tablespoon butter.Stir without fail.

Add 3-4 drops of food colour.After thickning pour into greased tray.

Cut into pieces after setting the burfi.Enjoy your Christmas party.
