Tamagoyaki, or rolled omelette, is a popular dish for lunch boxes in Japan and is a good way to get kids to eat nutritious green peppers. Try this omelette, it's yummy!

Dice green pepper into small pieces. Beat the eggs and put them into a bowl with the green pepper and powdered cheese. Mix well, then add milk, salt and pepper and mix again.

Put olive oil into a square tamagoyaki pan, pour on top half of the egg mix. Once the egg starts to cook, but is still runny, roll the omelette from one edge.

When rolling up, pour on the rest of the egg mix and continue rolling. Once done, put the omelette on a cutting board, cut into four pieces and serve.
