Ingredients

  1. 1 lbsfarfalle pasta
  2. 2 stickbutter (softened)
  3. 30 cloves(roasted)
  4. 2 pinchred pepper flakes
  5. 1 cupparm (fresh shred)
  6. 2/3 cupheavy cream

Cooking Instructions

    Cook farfalle pasta

  2. 2

    Mix cooled garlic and butter (food processed)

  3. 3

    Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water

  4. 4

    Over medium heat, mix pasta, garlic butter, red pepper flakes and heavy cream. Add reserve water as needed to combine and make silky.

  5. 5

    Top with parm and enjoy!
