Ingredients

  1. 1 lbpasta (penne or fetuccine)
  2. 1 stickbutter
  3. 1 cloveminced garlic
  4. 1 pintsheavy cream
  5. 1 cupfresh parmesan cheese
  6. 2 tbspcream cheese
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tspwhite pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Make pasta

  2. 2

    Melt butter, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add heavy cream and cream cheese and heat until bubbly but do not boil

  4. 4

    Add the parmesan and heat mix until cheese melts

  5. 5

    Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste

  6. 6

    Add pasta and enjoy!
