Make the mayonnaise:
Whisk together the Greek yogurt and egg yolk. Add the mustard, then the pickle brine, mixing after each addition. Season with salt.You now have a healthy mayonnaise!

Mix in the tomato paste, honey, smoked paprika, and black pepper, stirring after each addition.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.You now have a healthy burger sauce!

Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
💡This sauce keeps for up to 48 hours in the fridge, stored in a jar or covered with plastic wrap.
