Ingredients

  • 14 ozfrozen cooked clams (400 grams)
  • 8cleaned and deveined Argentine shrimp tails
  • 7 ozfrozen asparagus (200 grams)
  • 7 ozdried orecchiette pasta (200 grams)
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1frozen chili pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika

    Sauté the garlic and chili pepper in olive oil.

    Partially thaw the ingredients. Cut the asparagus into pieces, keeping the tips whole. Add the clams, shrimp, and asparagus tips last. Pour in a splash of white wine and add the paprika.

    Sauté and let any excess liquid evaporate. Add the orecchiette and 1/2 ladle of pasta cooking water, then gently mix everything together.
