Mix the dough ingredients, knead well, and let rise for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into balls and roll each out to the size of pita bread.

Mix the filling ingredients and spread over half of each dough round, keeping away from the edges. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.

Brush the tops with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 430°F (220°C) until golden and cooked through, then cover with a towel to soften slightly.
