Wash and cut carrot in a ring.remove center part and par boil them.

For gravy in a pan heat oil saute sliced onions.after 5 minutes add ginger, garlic chilli and tomato. Saute for 5 minutes.Add all masala. add cashew.let them cool.

Prepare stuffing.grate paneer add ginger, paste, chilli paste chat masala, dried mango powder, coriander leaves.mix well.

Put that stuff in the center of carrot. In a mixer grind gravy In a pan heat oil, add gravy and saute them.

In a boiling gravy add stuffed carrot.mix them. Boil for 5 minutes.carrot sabji is ready.serve with roti or paratha.serve hot.
