Coffee Bundt Cake
One of my favorite breakfast cakes.
Steps

Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C) and melt the butter, setting a little aside.

Add the eggs to the melted butter and mix well. Add the sugar and mix until creamy.

Brew the coffee and let it cool. Add the coffee to the batter.

Combine the baking powder with the flour, then gradually add the flour mixture to the batter, mixing well to avoid lumps.

Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top.

Bake in a convection oven at 340°F (170°C) for 45 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick. Let the cake cool, then remove it from the pan. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy your breakfast!
