Ingredients

20 minutes
4 person
  • 1 cupgram flour/ besan
  • 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • Water as per required
  • 1medium finely chopped onion
  • 1medium finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2finely chopped green chilies
  • 1/2finely chopped green capsicum
  • 1/3 cupfinely chopped green coriander leaves
  • Oil as per required

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all add gram flour, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper powder and baking powder in a bowl and dry mix everything properly.

    Now slowly slowly add water as required and make the batter and mix very well. Make the batter thin.

    Now add finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped capsicum and finely chopped green coriander leaves to this batter and mix very well.

    Now heat a non-stick tawa, spread oil as needed and heat it. Once the oil is hot, first stir the batter well and add the required amount of batter in the nonstik tawa, rotate the tawa and roast the omelet on both sides on a slow gas flame.
    {Note :- Only non-stick tawa is used to make omelette, it will have texture like omelet.}

    Now our spongy and soft Eggless Vegetable Omelet is ready to serve. Serve this omelet with tomato ketchup.
