This is a very interesting and appetizing sweet dish which is made using a perforated spoon. So enjoy this sweet. HAPPY COOKING..!! ,☺👍
Steps

Seive flour in a bowl. Add haldi and water. Whisk it to make a semi solid lumps free batter.

Keep this batter aside for 10-15 minutes

Meanwhile in a pan add sugar water saffron and allow it boil till you get a thick sticky syrup.(One strand syrup).

Now keep the sugar syrup aside.

Now in a broad pan heat ghee. Ghee should be well heated. You can check by dropping little batter in it.

Now pour 2-3 tbsp batter on the perforated spoon and tap the edge of spoon to allow small droplets to fall into the pan.

Fry these Boondi's till it gets crispy and golden brown. Do this for the rest batter.

Now add these Boondi's in sugar syrup. Mix it well.

Add cardamom powder and toasted watermelon seeds in the boondi and give it a nice mix and cover it with a lid.

Within few minutes Boondi's will soak the entire syrup.

Remove the lid. Give it a nice mix. Cool It and serve it.

You can make laddo's and boondi burfi from the above boondi.
