Cut and clean the broccoli florets and stems and dry with kitchen towel, add plain flour, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste if using, finely chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves, salt, garam masala powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, chilli sauce, black pepper powder, Chaat masala powder, nigella seeds and add water mix gently and keep aside.

Heat oil, dip the broccoli florets and stems drop one at a time, fry till golden brown and remove on paper napkin and serve it hot with a hot cup of tea. Serving with fried green chillies and mint yogurt chutney or with tomato sauce.
