Greek yogurt bowl

Clear glasses filled with yogurt topped with all kinds of vibrant fresh fruits and crunchy granola, it will have you drooooollllling!!!!!! The yogurt is rich and creamy and the perfect balance to the sweet fruit and decadent granola.
This Greek Yogurt Bowl is absolutely perfect for suhoor or iftar. You can fill it with Greek yogurt, which is high in protein and top it with your favourite healthy carbs and super foods, which gives you an energy boost.
I don’t possess those pretty clear glasses so I used a bowl. I also tweaked a little bit. I used a teaspoon of gulkand –a sweet preserve of rose petals—and a drizzle of rose syrup instead of honey. No granola. Just a teaspoon of crushed almonds that were lying around in the shelf.
For fruits, I used banana, strawberry and grapes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupvanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2banana, sliced
  • 2-3strawberries, sliced
  • 5-6red grapes, sliced
  • 1 tsp.gulkand
  • 1/2 tsp.almonds, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp.rose syrup

  1. 1

    In a bowl add the yogurt and top it with the fruits.

    Place the gulkand in the centre and drizzle rose syrup around it,

    Sprinkle crushed almonds and serve.
