In a large deep skillet add 3Tbsps. Butter and minced garlic. Heat on medium high heat. Then add beef cubes. Cook til meat is half way cooked. Then add vegetables. Cook til meat and vegetables are cooked through.

Make mashed potatoes according to package directions. Then spread over top of beef mixture in skillet. Too with shredded cheese. Return to stove and heat covered on medium low heat til cheese is melted. Turn off heat and serve immediately and enjoy 😋.
