Roast peanuts sabudana and makhana

Grind into mix grate potatoes

Take bowl put the mix boiled potatoes, salt, black pepper, green chillies add curd and knead it

Take another bowl put Chopped dryfruits salt black pepper coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well

Take small portion of the batter put the dryfruit mix and cover with other portion of the batter and make in tikki form

Take pan put oil and fry or roast from both sides

Makhana sabudana tikki ready to serve with makhana chutney
