Ingredients

1 person
  • 1/4 cupsev (broken up vermicelli)
  • 1clove
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • pinchcardamom
  • 2 tsppistachios
  • 3 strandssaffron
  • 1 tspraisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the sev and clove for 2 minutes. Until browned.

  2. 2

    Reduce the heat and add the milk in slowly.

  3. 3

    Bring to a simmer and add the sugar, saffron and pistachios. Simmer for 5 mins, until thickened.

  4. 4

    Serve with raisins on top.
