Mix ingredients-coconut milk, chia, spice powders and vanilla extract in a bowl, Let sit at room temperature for15 minutes, break the clumps with a spoon. Cover and refrigerate at least for 2 hours

You may arrange the fruits, chia mix and greek yogurt as you wish. No hard and fast rule.
This is how I did. In a glass, at the bottom add a layer of sliced strawbeeriies. Top it with 2tbsp cia mix. Top this with a layer of kiwi slices, followed by a layer of chia mix. Top this layer with a layer pineapple slices. Now a layer of chia mix. - 5
Top this with a layer of banana ; Then 2tbsp greek yogurt Top this with a layer of finely chopped pear. Top with 2tbsp greek yogurt. Sprinkle chopped walnuts. Garnish with chopped dates. Enjoy the goodness of the fruit medley
