In a mixing bowl add wheat flour and salt and 1 tbsp ghee.Add water need the the dough well and keep a side. Then divide the dough into a small ball and role each into a small Puri to save the dumpling lift opposite side and bring together at the centre and lift the other two ends bring it to the centre giving it a flower like shape.

Then take cooker and add1 cup Masoor dal and1 cup Tuver dal and boil it and crush it then heat pan add 2 tbsp ghee and add1 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 Hing and add 2 dry red chilli and 1 cinnamon stick.

Then add green chilli and chopped onion and tomato 1 tsp salt roast for 1 minute. Then add1/2 tspturmeric powder coriander powder and red chilli powder.

Then add dal and mix well add some water then add then add pithi one by one and hoil for 5 minutes.
