  • 100 gmsPaneer
  • 2medium Boiled potatoes 🥔
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped coriander
  • 2finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 tspgrated ginger 🫚
  • Sendha namak to taste
  • 1 tbspCumin powder
  • 1/4 cupcrushed peanuts 🥜
  • 1-1/2 cupRajgira / Amaranth flour
  • 2 tbspdesi ghee
  • Ghee for frying

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together to for a dough.
    It usually doesn't require any water to knead the dough.

    Grease your hands and take small portions of this dough and make round balls.

    Now press these balls between your palms and spread evenly.

    Place these flattened parathas on a hot tawa and cook from both sides with ghee till golden color

    Serve hot with aloo ki Subzi & abc salad you can take dahi also
