Ingredients

8-9Potatoes
1 tspCumin seeds roasted, crushed
1 tspCoriander seeds roasted, crushed
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1 tspCoriander powder
Salt to taste
1 tbspChaat masala
1/4 tspBlack salt
1 tspAamchoor
1 tspChilli flakes
1Carrot
1/2 cupSpring onions
Coriander leaves a handful
6-8Green chillies
1Capsicum
Samosa wraps as required
Flour paste as required
Oil to fry

Steps

Boil, peel and mash potatoes.

Chop all the vegetables.

Mix together all the ingredients.

Keep 2 wraps in+ form.

Put filling in the centre.

Fold to make a square.
7

Seal edges with flour paste.

Repeat till done.

Heat oil in a wok.
10

Deep fry till light golden.

Serve with chutney.
