Wash and soak chana dal for 3-4 remove excess water.In a pressure cooker add soaked chana dal,add salt and turmeric powder.add little water and pressure cook till two whistle.

Remove excess water..In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds.add boiled chana dal.

Add all masala.mix well.let them cool.

In a maida add salt,rava,and ghee.make a little soft dough.rest for 10-15 minutes.

Take a ball,roll and cut from centre.make samosa and fill it with mixture.make all samosa.deep fry and serve hot with chutney.
