My best ever fried noodles 😋

I didn't really think I'd be sharing this, I'd have put more effort into the photo, but the noodles tasted too good to not share! 🤭🤭

Steps
- 1
First off, you'd want to boil the noodles, to make them softer and to also make them scatter. Can't be frying raw indomie 😂 Just make sure that they're not too soft. When that's done filter out the remaining water from the noodles and set it aside.
- 2
Next you're going to whip out a pan (I like cooking my noodles in a pan, there's just this aesthetically pleasing vibe it gives 😂) place it on your stove/gas cooker and let all the water dry. Then go ahead and add your oil and allow it to heat up.
- 3
While your oil is heating up, place your chopped veggies in a bowl, add some grinded pepper, and a very small portion of your indomie spices, a pinchor two should suffice, add some curry and salt and mix it well!
- 4
When the oil is hot enough, add some onions into the pan. Let it settle before adding the rest of the now seasoned veggies 😋 let it cook for about two minutes
- 5
Once your veggies are cooked, ADD your noodles to the mixture and immediately add the rest of the indomie spices, half of a seasoning cube, some more pepper, and maybe even crayfish if you feel like it and give that a good mix. You want to keep mixing until the seasonings are evenly spread and the noodles look crispy 😋

I'd advise you eat this with fried eggs and a very cold drink! I'm currently on a soda diet so I only used a fried egg, if not ehn, Coke for know my name! 😂😂😂 I hope you enjoy this recipe and have as much joy as I did eating this, which was a lot! 🤭 Okay byeeeee
