Serves 6 servings
  • 4 1/2 poundspotatoes (about 2 kilos)
  • 12eggs
  • 1little salt
  • 2 cupsoil (about 1/2 liter)

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Cut them into cubes.

  3. 3

    Wash them well and add salt.

  4. 4

    Fry the potatoes. Once fried, beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add the potatoes to the eggs and mix everything together.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a skillet. Pour in the potato and egg mixture to cook the omelette.
