Steps

Get ready with ingredients for masala. Dry roast peanuts and remove the skin

In a blending jar add roasted peanut cumin seeds dry shredded coconut green coriander leaves green chilli and garlic add salt and grind coarsely.Do not use water while bleeding remove on plate

Now add turmeric powder and mix masala with hands keep aside

Wash and dry brinjals cut off stalks and cut across like sign plus

Now stuff masala into each brinjal.Heat up oil in kadai or pan add mustard seeds cumin seeds when they cracked place stuffed brinjals

Roll the brinjals once in an oil cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 min. Remove the lid and mix once again.Again cover and cook for 3-4 min.

Now add leftover masala and saute brinjals.If you want gravy then add little hot water and cook for 3-4 min.
