Once I visited Pune at my son's house . His neighbour Maharashtrian aunty made for us. It was so delicious that I couldn't stop myself from telling her to make it again for us.,🫣

Wash and finely chop the coriander. Add in the mixing bowl. Now add all mentioned ingredients in the bowl. Mix well, then add Water little at a time and knead the dough. Leave for 5 minutes.

Boil the water in a steamer. Place a thali and spread the dough on it. Flatten it like thick chapati (shown in the pic) sprinkle sesame seeds on the better. cover it and let it steam for 15 minutes. When the better cools down a little, make a square piece.

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the kothambir square on medium hot oil till crispy. Remove from the oil and place on a kitchen paper to absorb extra oil.

Yummy,tasty kothambir Vadi is ready. Serve with green chutney. Enjoy.. you can eat it any time and with any meal.
