Cooking Instructions

To make curry with curry, take 2 bowls of buttermilk, add 3 tablespoons of gram flour to it, mix everything well, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, garlic paste, curry leaves, mix everything and put it in a pan. Put oil in it, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, cinnamon, cloves, dry red chili, add asafoetida and we make buttermilk batter and let it boil, now till it boils, we make the curry

Now take a bowl of gram flour, add red chilli powder, pinch of turmeric powder, salt to taste, and half a teaspoon of oil and ajma and knead the dough, till your curry is cooked and add the ghee from the pan of the sev and let it cook, now the sev is cooked and let it cook. When it cooks, add garlic to it. Take the garlic cloves and mince them, add red chilli powder and salt to it and cook it. Put oil in a small kadhai and cook this

Put oil in a small kadhai and cook this. Add the spices and when the spices are cooked, add this masala to the curry and stir well and serve hot. This can be eaten with roti, paratha, jowar roti, or bajra roti. It looks very tasty.
