In a pan heat 1 Tbsp ghee and add almonds and raisins to fry for 2 mins, set aside

In another pan add water and bring it to boil and add Gur, keep stirring to melt, add saffron and set aside
- 3
In another pan add rest of ghee, add sooji or semolina and roast while stirring continuously

In a pan add Besan or gram flour and roast but don’t let it burn, set aside
- 5
To the roasted sooji or semolina add the Gur and roasted Besan, add cardamom powder, salt and keep stirring until it comes off the pan

Add roasted raisins and some of the almonds and stir, set aside
- 7
Plate with chopped almonds and enjoy 😊
