Authentic and Super Easy Lamb Chops

You will find many different ways of seasoning the lamb chops at a restaurant, but seasoning it with just salt and pepper brings out the real flavor of lambs.

Since the lambs have a lot of fat, it is difficult to cook them on the barbeque grill. It's much simpler to cook it in the oven or in a Dutch oven. For 3-4 servings. Recipe by Texas oyaji

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 800 gramsLamb chops
  2. 3 cloveGarlic
  3. 1 dashSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Trim the excess fat off the surface of the lamb chops. The fat has already been removed in this picture.

    Remove the membrane from the backside by sliding your finger between the membrane and the muscle. If this is too much work, you don't need to do it.

    Rub the grated garlic on both sides of the lamb. Season it with salt and pepper.

    Heat the skillet and sear the surface of the meat.

    Bake the lamb from Step 4 in the oven at 175℃ for 10-14 minutes. 7 minutes for rare, 10 minutes for medium rare.

    Take it out from the oven and cool it down for a few minutes.

    Insert a knife in between the bones to cut them up. This is a simple, but super delicious rack of lamb.
