First of all, wash the arbi leaves properly and dry them. Now cut off the large veins on the back of this leaf. Now cut this leaf into pieces with scissors or a knife.

After that, add gram flour in a bowl. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander cumin powder, garam masala, asafoetida, salt, ginger garlic and green chili paste.

Now add lemon juice, sugar, white sesame seeds and little by little water to this and prepare a thick batter.

Then add a pinch of baking soda and oil to this and mix well. Now add chopped arbi leaves to this and mix well.

Now add this batter to a plate greased with oil and spread it evenly with a spoon and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.

Now place the dhokla in the steamer and steam the plate in the pre-heated water. Steam it on medium flame for 15 minutes. Now check the dhokla is ready with a knife or tooth pick. Now cool this dhokla for 10 minutes and cut it with a knife and make evenly pieces.

Now let's prepare tempering for arbi dhokla. For this, heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, when it sizzles, add white sesame seeds, sweet curry leaves and green chili pieces. Then add arbi dhokla and fry on both sides.

Now our very yummy and delicious Arbi Leaves Dhokla is ready for serve. Serve with Tomato ketchup and garnish with chopped green coriander leaves.
